·       SOC Experts reserves the right to change any of its prices at any time.

3.   Complaints:

If at any time, you are unhappy with the SOC Experts service then please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible but no more than 30 days following the receipt of your complaint.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, you may contact [email protected] within 3 days of the purchase and we will process your refund within 30 days from the date of refund request.

Conditions of Refund:

The Refund request should be initiated within 3 days from the date of commencement of classes.

6.   Cancelation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, you may contact [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase and we will process your refund within 30 days from the date of refund request.

Conditions of Refund:

The Refund request should be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase

In order to be eligible to request a refund:

·       A student should not have completed more than 25% of the course.

·       A student should not have spent more than 60 minutes on a course.

·       A student should not have downloaded any resources/materials from the course.
